Which TalkSwitch Do I Have?
Not sure what model you have? Look for these identifying characteristics:
TalkSwitch VSX systems have a grounding
screw on the back panel, and the Ethernet port on top of two USB ports. There is
no memory card slot on VSX systems.
TalkSwitch VS systems have an ethernet port with three lights
on the lower right of the back panel.
TalkSwitch 48-CA and CVA systems have an Ethernet port
with three lights in the upper left of the back panel.
The
TalkSwitch 24-CA has no Ethernet port. All CA and
CVA models have a memory slot on the side. You can also
identify them by the serial number on the bottom. The
serial numbers begin with TS884, TS484, TS244, 0884, 0484 or 0244.
TalkSwitch NLS and LS systems have a memory slot on the back, and
TalkSwitch 24 units
have no memory slot at all. Serial numbers begin with TS481, TS482, TS241 or TS242.
