Call Screening

TalkSwitch sets you free without losing your callers, even on phones without caller ID display.

With caller ID phones, it's easy to spot unwanted calls. But if you're using a phone without caller ID or you're on your cell phone as a remote extension, TalkSwitch helps you screen your calls.

With call screening activated on an extension, TalkSwitch prompts callers to record their name before the call gets put through to you. TalkSwitch tells you who's calling, and you can accept or reject the call. Calls you reject go through cascade options that you specify. They can be sent to another extension, directly to your voicemail or back to the auto attendant.
