Hold

You can hold calls even at phones that don't have hold buttons.

Transfer any call anywhere

Transfer calls to any local or remote extension, ring group or direct to any voice mailbox. You can announce the transfer first and return to the call if the person you're transferring it to can't take the call.

Call Park

Calls on hold can only be picked up at the extension they've been held at. But if you have to direct a call to someone who's not near the phone, you can just park the call and then page the recipient, who can then pick the call up from any local extension.
