Is TalkSwitch a PBX or Key system?

Who cares? TalkSwitch can work either way. Private Branch Exchange (PBX) and Key systems allow their users to share telephone company lines between multiple telephone users. PBX systems conveniently automate this function and typically offer many additional features. TalkSwitch is a PBX system, and it has all of the rich features that PBX systems do. But it can also run the way a Key system does, with line appearance on selected TalkSwitch IP phones.
