Business Solutions magazine partnered with Penn State University to conduct the survey of its subscribers. 1,274 Value-Added Resellers (VARs) and Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) participated, casting a total of 12,073 votes across seven categories, making it one of the largest surveys of its kind. VARs and ISVs were asked to rate their vendor partners on service and support, channel friendliness, channel program, product features, product reliability, product innovation and adequate VAR margins. TalkSwitch received an overall score of 4.68 out of 5 in the VoIP Technology category.

Rich Tehrani interviews Jan Scheeren
