Applies to the purchase of any TalkSwitch system purchased from TalkSwitch or from an Authorized TalkSwitch Reseller in the US or Canada November 27th to 30th, 2009. Limit of one TS-200 per system. No substitutions.
If purchasing from a reseller, send your proof of purchase and a completed
Free Phone Friday Form
to receive your free phone. Proof of purchase must clearly indicate the date of purchase and the type of system purchased. We cannot honor requests without valid proof of purchase or completed forms. TalkSwitch reserves the right to verify purchase claims with resellers. Proof of purchase and forms must be received by TalkSwitch by fax or by mail no later than December 15th, 2009.
