Great Phone

Great phone with caller ID. Best feature is call transfer and park.
Short lived

I purchased two of these in August 2007, and in August 2009 both failed within days of each other. Both were out of warranty. I replaced one with the same model, which works so far, and the other with the TS-9133i. Other TS phones have been fine.
Otherwise, my Talkswitch system has been quite reliable. Rather annoyed at the failures and unapologetic response from customer support when I phoned in about it.
