Connecting External IP Extensions

External IP extensions connect to TalkSwitch over the Internet. The external location doesn't require traditional phone service, a VoIP service package or additional gateway equipment, just a broadband Internet connection.



Just connect the IP phone to the Internet and configure it. Each external IP extension requires its associated TalkSwitch unit in the main office to be VoIP-enabled. The main office must have a broadband connection.
