TalkSwitch Attendant Console Download

Release 1.10.046 is a free update for TalkSwitch Attendant Console users in the United Kingdom and Ireland.
This highly recommended update requires that your TalkSwitch VS, CVA or 48-CA phone system is operating Release 6.11.47 (or later) firmware. For instructions on how to determine your system firmware version click here.

Determining your phone system firmware version

1) Launch TalkSwitch Management software and allow the software to discover your TalkSwitch unit(s).

2) Use the Configure Auto-Detected TalkSwitch System or Connect To A System Using IP button to connect to your TalkSwitch system.

3) The main navigation screen will appear. In the System Information area (near the bottom of the window), click on the My TalkSwitch System link.

4) A TalkSwitch Network window will appear. Record the number in the Firmware version: field.

Updating your TalkSwitch phone system software and firmware

If your TalkSwitch phone system is running 6.11.46 or earlier firmware, we recommend you update your phone system before proceeding. Click here to download and install the latest software and firmware for your TalkSwitch phone system.
