TalkSwitch Attendant Console

TalkSwitch Attendant Console 1.10 is a recommended update for all TalkSwitch systems running Attendant Console. This release provides additional call management features and options to customize the software to suit your needs - see the New Features section for more details. TalkSwitch Attendant Console is supported for all TalkSwitch VS models, as well as TalkSwitch 48-CVA and 48-CA models. To confirm which models are in your TalkSwitch system click here.

If you are using TalkSwitch 48-NLS, TalkSwitch 24, or TalkSwitch 24-CA models DO NOT install this software, as it is incompatible with those models.

Attendant Console 1.10 requires that your TalkSwitch system be running Release 5.00 (or higher) software. If your system is running 3.24.033 software or higher, download the free Rel 5.00 update for your TalkSwitch System and install it before proceeding.

If you have TalkSwitch CA/CVA and/or VS models, and are using a TalkSwitch software version number less than 3.24.033, click here to download 3.24.033 software (only if needed), then use the software to update the TalkSwitch firmware to 3.24.29, before installing 5.00.

If your system is running 5.00 (or higher) software, proceed with the Attendant Console update using the link below:
