FortiCare: Canada and US Orders
In addition to the one-year limited warranty, all TalkSwitch units sold in the United States and Canada are
eligible for FortiCare.
30-day Money Back Guarantee (US and Canada only)
TalkSwitch offers a 30-day, money back satisfaction guarantee on its products if you buy them directly from us. The guarantee is in effect from the date of purchase. If the TalkSwitch model(s) do not operate to your satisfaction, you must return the package and all of its contents to TalkSwitch. You will be required to pay for the shipping costs your return incurs. This policy will not be waived under any circumstances. We assume that you will have read this document before your purchase.
