Polycom

The following Polycom models running the firmware shown below are officially supported by TalkSwitch:

SoundPoint 301: Firmware version 2.1.2.0078
SoundPoint 320/330: Firmware version 2.1.2.0049
SoundPoint 430: Firmware version 2.1.2.0078
SoundPoint 501: Firmware version 2.1.2.0078
SoundPoint 550: Firmware version 2.1.2.0078
SoundPoint 601: Firmware version 2.1.2.0078
SoundPoint 650: Firmware version 2.1.2.0078

• Do not attempt to use older firmware on new unsupported models such as the SoundPoint 335. It is not compatible.
• Phones running application firmware 3.x.x should
  not be downgraded to 2.x.x

Latest Firmware:	Firmware.zip 2.1.2.0049 for SoundPoint IP 320 and 330 2.1.2.0078 for all other platforms
