Distinctive Ring

Distinctive ring is a telephone company feature that allows two different numbers to reach the same phone line with different ring patterns.

TalkSwitch supports distinctive ring by handling distinctive ring calls in different ways. You can use distinctive ring to save you the cost of additional lines for certain types of calls. You can separate phone and fax traffic, for instance, or home and work calls in a home-based business. Or you can run two businesses off of one phone line, with a single TalkSwitch phone system answering with two completely different auto attendants.
