- Ensure your system is running the latest software. To check your
current TalkSwitch software release, open the TalkSwitch Configuration
program and select Help => About TalkSwitch from the menu
- Follow the User Guide - Troubleshooting Tips, which resolve the
most common issues encountered with TalkSwitch.
- If you have followed the above steps and have not resolved the
