For technical support follow these simple steps:
  1. Ensure your system is running the latest software. To check your current TalkSwitch software release, open the TalkSwitch Configuration program and select Help => About TalkSwitch from the menu
  2. Follow the User Guide - Troubleshooting Tips, which resolve the most common issues encountered with TalkSwitch.
  3. If you have followed the above steps and have not resolved the problem, please contact your reseller or TalkSwitch Technical Support
